Special Classes
Spinal Energetics
Sunday 3 May
3.00pm - 4.30pm
Gentle, yet powerful.
The first time we’ve ever had an event like this.
Spinal Energetics is a gentle yet powerful practice that works with the body’s nervous system to release stored stress, tension and emotional patterns.
Through subtle touch and energetic connection, the body is invited to move, unwind and let go - often in ways that feel intuitive and unexpected.
Nothing is forced. Your body leads the process.
This session is less about doing, and more about allowing.
Creating space for shifts that can feel both physical and emotional.
You will leave feeling lighter, more open, and more connected to yourself.
