Rocket Flo Workshop with Jeanie
Saturday January 17
12pm - 1.30pm

Prepare for blast off ;) with Jeanie in this 90 minute exploration into the uplifting energy of Rocket Yoga, a vinyasa based practice that breaks all the barriers.

What is Rocket Yoga?

Called ‘Rocket’ because “it gets you there faster” - Rocket yoga is a dynamic and explorative practice that is fast-paced, fluid and fun.

With an opportunity to spend more time on arm balances, back bends and deep hip openers, the practice is designed to increase strength, balance and flexibility. Whilst these are encouraged, they are not required.

It’s structured, but flexible.
Rocket Flo allows for modifications, making it a fun workout while still accessible for any level yogi.

This workshop intensive is perfect for those who are wanting to try something new or test their limits.

Hands-On Assists & Adjustments Training with Nicky Grimsdale
A Half-Day Immersion for Yoga Teachers — From Foundations to Mastery

Saturday 13th December - 11.30am-3.30pm (LIMITED SPOTS)
Sunday 14th December - 11.30am-3.30pm (CLASS IS FULL)

Refine Your Touch.
Deepen Your Presence.
Empower Your Students.

Whether you’re new to hands-on assisting or looking to refine your skills, this one-day training is designed to meet you where you are — and elevate your capacity to support students with clarity, confidence, and care.

Join Nicky, a deeply experienced and intuitive teacher, for a practical, embodied exploration of hands-on adjustments. You’ll learn how to offer meaningful, safe, and transformative assists rooted in sensitivity, anatomical understanding, and energetic awareness.

In this training, you’ll explore

Foundational principles of effective touch

How to assist with presence, permission, and purpose

Adjustments across a wide range of postures — standing, seated, backbends, twists, inversions

Modifying assists for different bodies and intentions

Reading bodies and understanding what not to adjust

Energetic considerations: when to hold space, when to engage

Cultivating the confidence to trust your hands and intuition

This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. You’ll be encouraged to develop your own language of touch — grounded in technique, guided by ethics, and attuned to the moment.

Who is it for?
Yoga teachers (or teachers in training) of any level who want to grow their skill, safety, and confidence in offering hands-on support in classes or private sessions.

You’ll leave with

A strong toolkit of versatile adjustments

A deeper connection to your own body and teaching voice

The ability to offer touch that is empowering, sensitive, and welcome

Practical experience and personalised feedback
