Flo With Your Little One (6-Week Term)

Fridays at 10am
Join us for our next term of Flo with your little One, a series tailored to new parents seeking to rekindle their yoga practice, all while embracing the joy of having their little one by their side.
Whether you’re just beginning your yoga journey or striving to maintain it, each week presents an opportunity to rejuvenate both mind and body, while connecting with like-minded parents who share your journey.
This series requires no prior yoga experience.
We extend a warm welcome to all parents, embracing little ones from newborn to preschool age.
Mamas, make sure you have doctor’s clearance before attending.
You will be supported with ways to modify your practice post birth.
Bring along a cozy blanket and a selection of captivating toys to amuse your little one.
We’ll provide scarves and shakers to entertain your Bub, ensuring they remain engaged by your every move.
Sessions are guided by fabulous mama and qualified pre and postnatal yoga facilitator @juliarosedoulayoga,
who has two little ones of her own.
A beautiful way to move, connect and fill your cup while bonding with Bub.
Because there’s nothing sweeter than happy baby pose next to your own happy baby.
*Note that due to the size of limits of our space, please avoid using a pram.

Yin & Pin: Late Summer Reset
with Registered Acupuncturist Michelle

Join us for a deeply restorative 90-minute session blending long-hold yin yoga with the therapeutic support of acupuncture, designed especially for the late summer season through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Late summer is associated with the Earth element and the Spleen and Stomach meridians, governing digestion, grounding, and emotional steadiness, and when out of balance can show up as sluggishness, fatigue, overthinking, or feeling uncentred.
This slow, cooling, floor-based practice helps settle residual heat, support digestion, and gently rebalance the nervous system, while fine acupuncture needles work to nourish depleted energy and restore harmony as you rest in each pose.
✨ Expect to leave feeling lighter, steadier, and deeply replenished, with no prior experience in yin yoga or acupuncture needed. ✨

About our Acupuncturist Michelle
Michelle is a registered Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist. Michelle has studied and practiced Traditional Chinese Medicine in California, various parts of Asia and now Melbourne. Growing up in a Chinese household and having lived in Asia for 6 years has informed much of her passion for Chinese Medicine, which incorporates both traditional and modern knowledge. Michelle’s aim is to practice with warmth and attention, and approach healing from an integrative perspective. This includes encouraging the body’s systems to heal itself, while also incorporating movement, meals, and lifestyle habits into her treatment plans.

Prenatal Yoga

This 6-week prenatal yoga series is designed to support, strengthen, and celebrate your incredible body during pregnancy. Whether you’re in your first, second or third trimester, this nurturing practice helps you stay connected to your breath, your baby, and your body as it transforms.
Led by Julia Rose — experienced doula, yoga teacher trainer, and compassionate facilitator — each session blends mindful movement, breathwork, and pelvic floor awareness to ease common pregnancy discomforts, build strength for birth, and create space for rest and connection. You’ll also be joining a community of like-minded mamas!
