Yoga, Cheese & Wine Night
with Victoria and Matt from Cornelius Cheesemongers

Unroll your mat, unwind your week, and treat yourself to an evening of movement, indulgence, and connection.

Join us for a gentle 45-minute yoga session, guided by Victoria followed by a curated cheese tasting experience (over wine) hosted by Matt from Cornelius Cheesemongers. As you sip and savour, Matt will guide you through each cheese, sharing stories and flavour profiles that make every bite even more delicious.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just here for the cheese (we won’t judge), this is the perfect Friday night wind-down, with a little bit of stretch and a whole lot of taste.

Join us for a 75 minute Sound Journey guided by Stephanie, an immersive, live music experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect.

Expect crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, calming vocals, and the kind of stillness you didn’t know you were craving. This isn’t traditional meditation; it’s a sonic journey to soothe your nervous system and invite deep healing.

About Stephanie

Stephanie is a vocalist, songwriter, and certified sound healing practitioner with a deep love for the power of music, mantra, and vibration. With a background in performing arts and a natural gift for creating calming, transformative spaces, she’s all about helping people reconnect, release, and recharge.

Using a dreamy mix of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, frame drum, shruti box, and her signature ethereal vocals, Stephanie creates sound journeys that invite you to fully let go. Her sessions are deeply intuitive and responsive—no two are ever the same—each one a unique, heart-led experience that tunes into the energy of the room.

Strong Mama Energy is a 4-week prenatal yoga series designed to support, strengthen, and celebrate your incredible body during pregnancy. Whether you’re in your firts, second or third trimester, this nurturing practice helps you stay connected to your breath, your baby, and your body as it transforms.

Led by Julia Rose — experienced doula, yoga teacher trainer, and compassionate facilitator — each session blends mindful movement, breathwork, and pelvic floor awareness to ease common pregnancy discomforts, build strength for birth, and create space for rest and connection. You’ll also be joining a community of like-minded mamas!

Schedule

Doors open at 7.15pm and beginning promptly at 7:30pm. Please arrive at least 10 mins prior, to settle in and chat with our acupuncturist about your individual needs. Doors are locked on time, we cannot accommodate late arrivals once the event has started.

What to bring 

Yoga mats, bolster pillows and blankets provided. Dress comfortably with loose clothing and with enough layers to keep you warm. You’re welcome to bring extra blankets and pillows to enhance your experience.

What is Acupuncture 

Acupuncture is a procedure where fine needles are inserted into the skin strategically targeting energy points through the body. These points harmonise with the body’s energy pathways facilitating the body’s natural healing mechanisms to allow the body to come back into a balance states both physically and mentally.

Acupuncture treatment with its roots in Traditional Chinese medicine offers a holistic approach to health and well being. Pain management, stress reduction, anxiety relief, sleep issues, fertility are some of its known benefits.

About our Acupuncturist Michelle

Michelle is a registered Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist. Michelle has studied and practiced Traditional Chinese Medicine in California, various parts of Asia and now Melbourne. Growing up in a Chinese household and having lived in Asia for 6 years has informed much of her passion for Chinese Medicine, which incorporates both traditional and modern knowledge. Michelle’s aim is to practice with warmth and attention, and approach healing from an integrative perspective. This includes encouraging the body’s systems to heal itself, while also incorporating movement, meals, and lifestyle habits into her treatment plans.

 

Flo with your Little One - Fridays at 10am

Join us for our next term of Flo with your little One, tailored to new parents who are seeking to rekindle their yoga practice while embracing the joy of having their little one by their side.

Whether you’re just beginning your yoga journey or striving to maintain it, each week presents an opportunity to rejuvenate your mind and body, while connecting with like-minded parents who share your journey.

Mamas, make sure you have doctor’s clearance before attending. You will be supported with ways to modify your practice post birth.

This series requires no prior yoga experience. We extend a warm welcome to all parents, embracing little ones from newborn to preschool age.

Bring along a cozy blanket and a selection of captivating toys to amuse your little one. We’ll provide scarves and shakers that will entertain your little one, ensuring they remain entranced by your every move.

The Flo with your Little one series can be purchased by term. Sessions are guided by fabulous mama and facilitator @yogawithjuliarose who has two little ones of her own. We can’t wait to Flo alongside you and your little one.

*Note that due to the size of limits of our space, please avoid using a pram. Please carry your littles ones in.
