What is Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a procedure where fine needles are inserted into the skin strategically targeting energy points through the body. These points harmonise with the body’s energy pathways facilitating the body’s natural healing mechanisms to allow the body to come back into a balance states both physically and mentally.
Benefits of Acupuncture
Acupuncture treatment with its roots in Traditional Chinese medicine offers a holistic approach to health and well being. Pain management, stress reduction, anxiety relief, sleep issues and fertility aid are some of its known benefits.
