School holidays are here, so we’re making space for the whole crew.
Kids are welcome to hang out, stretch, play, or simply be a part of the room.
This is a relaxed 60 minute Hip Hop Yoga class open to everyone.
You can expect a little more chatter, giggles and holiday energy than your usual classes.
This is not a kids yoga class, it’s a regular community class with a family-friend atmosphere.
Come on your own, bring a friend, or bring your kids along.
Kids under 16 are welcome with a paying adult.

All Hip Hop Yoga teachers hold a valid Working with Children Check.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of any children they bring to class, and are responsible for ensuring that the class is suitable for their child.
Please note that teachers are not responsible for supervising children during the class, and we kindly ask that parents/guardians remain present and attentive as required throughout the session.

With Dom in Melbourne for a show, we’re celebrating one of Australia’s biggest electronic artists the best way we know how - a Hip Hop Flo class entirely to the best of Dom’s tunes.

Yin + Pin

A 90 minute haven.
On the longest night of the year, we invite you to slow down and embrace this time of introspection and reflection.
Join us to honour the darkness, where we will move through restful yin postures that embrace the stillness and quiet of winter and its role in fostering energy for growth and renewal.
The yin session will carry through to a long guided savasana, where our acupuncturist Michelle, will place needles around the body to nurture growth, healing and renewal.
What to bring

What is Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a procedure where fine needles are inserted into the skin strategically targeting energy points through the body. These points harmonise with the body’s energy pathways facilitating the body’s natural healing mechanisms to allow the body to come back into a balance states both physically and mentally.
Benefits of Acupuncture
Acupuncture treatment with its roots in Traditional Chinese medicine offers a holistic approach to health and well being. Pain management, stress reduction, anxiety relief, sleep issues and fertility aid are some of its known benefits.

About Our Acupuncturist Michelle
Michelle is a registered Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist, and has studied and practiced Traditional Chinese Medicine in California, various parts of Asia and now Melbourne.
Growing up in a Chinese household and having lived in Asia for 6 years has informed much of her passion for Chinese Medicine, which incorporates both traditional and modern knowledge.
Michelle’s aim is to practice with warmth and attention, and approach healing from an integrative perspective. This includes encouraging the body’s systems to heal itself, while also incorporating movement, meals, and lifestyle habits into her treatment plans.

Join us for our next term of Flo with your little One, a series tailored to new parents seeking to rekindle their yoga practice, all while embracing the joy of having their little one by their side.
Whether you’re just beginning your yoga journey or striving to maintain it, each week presents an opportunity to rejuvenate both mind and body, while connecting with like-minded parents who share your journey.
This series requires no prior yoga experience.
We extend a warm welcome to all parents, embracing little ones from newborn to preschool age.
Mamas, make sure you have doctor’s clearance before attending.
You will be supported with ways to modify your practice post birth.
Bring along a cozy blanket and a selection of captivating toys to amuse your little one.
We’ll provide scarves and shakers to entertain your Bub, ensuring they remain engaged by your every move.
Sessions are guided by fabulous mama and qualified pre and postnatal yoga facilitator @juliarosedoulayoga,
who has two little ones of her own.
A beautiful way to move, connect and fill your cup while bonding with Bub.
Because there’s nothing sweeter than happy baby pose next to your own happy baby.
*Note that due to the size of limits of our space, please avoid using a pram.

Prenatal Yoga

This 6-week prenatal yoga series is designed to support, strengthen, and celebrate your incredible body during pregnancy. Whether you’re in your first, second or third trimester, this nurturing practice helps you stay connected to your breath, your baby, and your body as it transforms.
Led by Julia Rose — experienced doula, yoga teacher trainer, and compassionate facilitator — each session blends mindful movement, breathwork, and pelvic floor awareness to ease common pregnancy discomforts, build strength for birth, and create space for rest and connection. You’ll also be joining a community of like-minded mamas!
